Design of the hotel was nice. Short way from Roopali Indian Restaurant, where you can have lunch. The property was right by the train station, you can walk 5 mins by foot...

This place was super clean, and breakfast was top-notch! It's just a short distance from the airport 🛬. Plus, you're only a few steps away from the Peace Pagoda.

The rooms are clean but quite small. It's close to Hiroshima Station, but takes a while to walk to the Streetcar station. By the way, it's only 5 minutes on foot to take the bus to the airport. That's nice! The staff there are very friendly is a plus.
If they could mail the postcards for the customers, that would be better.

Everything is exactly as advertised. Great location, just a short walk to the station from which Peace Park and Miyajima is easily accessible. The rooms are compact but functional. Good breakfast (not extensive), free 24 hour drinks both hot and cold. Awesome shower and body soap etc is really good quality. Comfortable bed and overhead light with dimmer. Toilet with bidet (as is the norm in Japan). Elevator with nice view from top floors.
No bathtub. Sink over carpet and alongside tv. Room is much smaller than usual Japanese business hotel. Rooms open out into hallways that are not enclosed in building, so you get street noise and heat/mugginess (in summer) as soon as you step out your door.

During my Easter stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, which made it easy for me to explore the city. I also appreciated the map provided by the hotel staff that listed nearby eateries and convenience stores. the hotel offered a free onsen-type bath that was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The size of the room was extremely small and cramped, leaving me with barely any walking space or room for my luggage. the walls were incredibly thin, and I could hear all the noise coming from the adjoining rooms, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

Only a 5 minute walk from Hiroshima Station. A large excellent supermarket 1 block away. Room was miniscule but coped. The 7 nozzleshower was an experience. Staff competent in English and helpful. Free internet connection was welcome.
Breakfast was only Japanese mysteries, gave it a miss. No room for luggage in the room, the "double room" wouldn't accommodate 2 people comfortably.

Great hotel for a very quick trip to Hiroshima. It's about 2 blocks from the JR train station, so very convenient. The staff was really nice and the room tiny like many business hotels in Japan, but it was all I needed. Very comfy and a fantastic view of Hiroshima from the 12th floor. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets and duvee were modern, soft, and plush.
My only complaint was that I arrived at 2pm and they wouldn't let me check in until 3pm, which was a little annoying. I got the sense that it was a policy thing and not really a room being cleaned situation, but whatever. They kept all my stuff behind the desk until I got back around 9pm, so it was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being just a short 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including nice touches like complementary febreeze-type spray and opaque windows. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the rate and offered a good selection of dishes.
Everything was perfect.

Good value. Room was clean and modern (although very small). Computer was available for guests to use. Complimentary breakfast and soft drinks was a nice bonus. Location was ok as it was very close to the station.
Room was very small, space for suitcases extremely limited.

Free 24 hour drinks down in the lobby, free laundry machines and dryer service, helpful and informative staff, good breakfast which was included in the price. Polite and friendly staff and very close(walking distance) to the main Hiroshima station and bus stops.
Maybe some information in the hotel about getting to the central part of Hiroshima would be good. It is actually a streetcar ride away from Hiroshima station to all the main attractions, shops and restaurants, but it is fun to ride the streetcar!!

The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station. A large shopping center is nearby, as well as a cheap supermarket for supplies. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are impressive. the hotel offers free laundry facilities, all-day coffee and soda, and even a public bath with a hot tub and sauna. the rooms are contemporary, bright, and clean with standard amenities and a large bathtub.
The rooms may feel cramped for two people, and there may be noise from the nearby train tracks.

Hotel is close to station and easily accesible by car from the Expressways as well. Rooms are clean and well kept.
Parking is very limited so my request for parking could not be fulfilled even though I made it months in advance! There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby though.
